For me, buying jeans is sometimes a real challenge, because I have a disproportionate figure. It was in this store that I found the same perfect jeans for myself.
This is first time ordering from Ann Taylor Factory and definitely will be my last!
My situation: placed an order back in June with the understanding that my order maybe delayed due to COVID-19. Ok that was fine with me. Items shipped out from their facility a month later. The package was addressed to me but had the wrong order: I received another customer's order with billing invoice. I contacted customer service via text and received response an hour later. Customer Service agreed to resend me my order and issued label ("at no cost" to me they said. Lol) to ship back the Package to them. That same day, I received an email confirmation that my order has be shipped; 3 days later I received another email telling that item is no longer available. They didn't apply refund so I contacted them again.
This time I was asked if I wanted price adjustment when I especially asked for refund. They applied the wrong amount (75% less than what I paid) and argued back and forth until I got the correct amount in refund.

My order was canceled, and I received an email that the item was no longer available. I checked the website and the item was still available at 3 times the cost I paid. So, I contacted customer service. was very nice and respectful.
I asked them to refund my amount and they did but First and last time shopping at this website and store.
I love dresses, and Ann Taylor carries stylish dresses. They have elegant and fashionable dresses and the quality is good ???? ????????????????
Ann Taylor brand is kinda overpriced sometimes. I genuinly believe that clothes shouldn't be expensive. But some pieces here are really worthy.
I have been a long time customer of Ann Taylor. I recently purchased some clothes from them online and was really disappointed to learn that they charge you to return items. In this day and age during covid you would think that a store would want to encourage not discourage online purchases. What a rip off. I anticipate that this does not bode well for their companies future. I will never order anything from them online again.
I came in their outlet store on Tanger Outlet
I just had 2 steps from the door the woman there aggressively asked me right away”Are
you looking something in particular?”
I answered “I want to look for a fitted top”
She replied back “ oh just browsing “
That was enough for me to turn my back
and walk out. How rude! First time I encounter something like that. There’s
no body in the store but rhe two of them.

People at AnnTaylor.com are extremelly pleasant to deal with. They always answer my questions and ready to give shopping advice. Awesome service!
I placed an order on December 2nd that was shipped in 3 separate packages. One of the packages has not moved since December 9th. They keep telling me it's "on it's way" when it is clearly not. I've contacted customer service FIVE TIMES for a refund and keep getting the run around. Terrible and very disappointing for a company I used to love. No more.
Ordered 4 items Dec. 9, 2020. Rec. 3 of them on Dec. 23 while the last item kept saying "processing" Contacted cust. service on 12-28 to inquire. That chat was disconnected after a half hour of nothing. 2nd call responded with a statement about asking the company to look into it??? Then Jan 4 got email that said to expect it 1-9 However the Post office tracking # shows the item has not been received by them. cust. service is one of the worst i have ever dealt with.
I waited on hold for a 1/2 hour as there was no way to return a gift online. After40 minutes on the phone trying to figure out how to exchange a gift I was told I could not exchange it. The only way it could be exchanged was if the person who purchased it exchanged it.
The ordering process seemed to go well. Unfortunately, AT contracts with Pitney Bowes for delivery. I received an email from AT that my package was sent on 12/1. That was not true. The USPS indicates that they have not received the package so it can be shipped. AT believes the package should have been received yesterday but that is not true as well. Ditch Pitney Bowes.
I wish I could rate Ann Taylor a zero and this greatly disappoints me as I have been shopping there for over 25 years! I have an order that shows it was never picked up by the postal service. I have been disconnected by 5 customer service reps on chat, sent 2 emails and 2 texts which never received a response and was told I would have to wait a "few" business days for them to research my lost order. Seems a bit long as it has already been 30 days. Unfortunately, I think I will need to look for a new wardrobe supplier!
